




Azad Bin Haider
Place of Birth: Sialkot, 1932. Sialkot is also the city of Allama Iqbal, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, and Moulana Ubaidullah Sindhi. In 1947, while Mr. Azad Bin Haider was a 9th-grade student, he offered himself as a volunteer to work for the rehabilitation of Muhajirs at Wagah, Lahore, and later transferred to Muhajir Camp, Karachi. On 18 Aug, 1947, he offered the last lines of the Eid-ul-Fitr prayer at Eidgah Maidan, Bunder Road, Karachi, while Quaid-e-Azam offered the first lines. He completed his education from Matric to M.A LL.B at Karachi as a self-made person.
